How can I reserve an apartment listed on your website? 

• Whenever you see an apartment with the "book now" option, that means you can book it immediatelly.
  For some short-term rental apartments you may see the “check availability” option, that means you need to check the availability. In this case, please fill in the Rental Request Form. We will check the availability and get back to you within 24 hours.
  Once your reservation is confirmed according to your booking requirement, we will send you the reservation documentation or form.
  Some short-term apartments requires a deposit to secure the reservation, some apartment hotels only require completing the reservation form.
  The confirmation letter with the property address in English and Chinese, check-in details and receipt (if you paid the reservation deposit in advance) will be sent to you as soon as we complete the reservation.

How to pay the reservation deposit? 

• Reservation deposit can be paid with credit card, Pay Pal, or bank transfer.

Are there any surcharges for the reservation?

  You can take the public transportation to your apartment, such as the airport shuttle, public bus, subway train, etc.
  We sincerely recommend using the taxi service, because they can take you to the destination simply by showing them the address in Chinese.
  The taxi service is not expensive, Beijing taxi are priced according to the rate per kilometer plus the starting price, price = starting price (10RMB for the distance within 3km) + 2 RMB / km after + 15 RMB Freeway Toll.
