B. Service Apartment
Serviced apartment belongs to building developer and is managed by a company. Service apartment is fully furnished and set with kitchen. And many of them provide internet connectivity. Kitchens in serviced apartments are equipped with cooking gas, a refrigerator and microwave oven. Some even have coffee makers and food processors. Most serviced apartments provide cooking utensils, cutlery and silverware. You never have to bring linen or towels to a serviced apartment.
It also has all the amenities we traditionally associate with a regular hotel. Serviced apartment is secured with guards who are posted 24X7 and remote cameras are used for surveillance purposes. TV and direct-dial telephones are also provided. Living at a serviced apartment feels much like living at home. A.How do I make a reservation?
1). Please fill in the online enquiry form, our consultant will recommend the suited apartment to you; If you have found the interested apartment from our website, please submitted the apartment ID to us and check the availability. In addition, you can email or call us for any enquiry directly.
2). Within 24 hours the confirming will be sent to you if the apartment is available for your stay. If your preferred choice is not available, a similar alternative will be recommended to you.
3). Pay the deposit through Paypal or Bank Transfer.
4). Confirmation of the booking will be sent to you with, full apartment address and indication in English and Chinese, payment receipt and check-in details.
B. How much refundable check-in deposit should I pay?
For stay in Studio or 1 Bedroom apartments, it requires refundable check-in deposit $100 –1000USD according to the lease. For Stay in the apartment more than one bedroom, it requires refundable check-in deposit $ 300 – 1500 USD according to the lease.
3. Cancellation
For the reservation cancellation after the booking is secured, it won’t get the 15% reservation deposit back.

A. What do I pay the balance?
The balance requires to be paid off on arrival check-in in CNY cash or credit card which will be depends on the different apartment requirement.
B. Can I pay the full payment in advance?
Yes, you can. Please note that any cost for remittance or bank charges shall be born by the guest party.
C. Credit Card!
You may pay the deposit with either Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discovery using PayPal`s secure online payment facility. If you are not a member it is fast and easy to join. PayPal, an eBay company, with over 100 million members, is one of the safest, most secure and popular ways of sending money to anyone with an e-mail address and making online payments for goods and services. It is worth noting that when you make a reservation that we NEVER see your financial information such as credit or bank account numbers as PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to PayPal`s.

D. Bank telegraphic transfer!
